Return & Exchange Policy / Inspection Period
Thank you for purchasing our products.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we provide a 7-day inspection period (not a trial period) (excluding customized products).
If the product does not meet your needs, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product (including holidays) and provide product photos.
Inspection Period Policy
- Products may be returned or contract canceled within 7 days after delivery
- Not applicable to in-store purchases or in-store pickup
- Customized products are not eligible
- The inspection period is not a trial period; products must remain in original condition
Important Notes
- Please keep the complete packaging (outer box, packaging materials, etc.)
- Do not damage packaging or attach shipping labels directly
- Products must not show signs of use or damage
- Consumable products are recommended to be used after the inspection period
- Please contact customer service immediately if there are any issues
Exchange Process
- Take photos of the complete product and submit a request
- Customer service will confirm and arrange pickup
- The replacement product will be shipped after inspection
- Must be returned with original packaging (including gifts)
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only
- Only exchange for items of equal value or pay price difference
- Customized products are not eligible
Return Process
- Take photos of the product and submit a return request
- Customer service will arrange pickup
- Refund will be processed after inspection
Refund Methods
- Credit Card: 7–14 business days
- Bank Transfer / COD / Installments: 7–14 business days
- Items must be returned in complete packaging (including gifts)
- Up to 20% restocking fee may apply for used or damaged packaging
- Installment payments may incur a processing fee of over 2%
- Customized products are non-refundable
Refund Explanation
For credit card payments, refunds will be processed via card reversal after product verification. It usually takes 7–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
For other payment methods, please provide correct bank account details. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after confirmation.

- Courier failed delivery three times
