As online shopping does not allow physical inspection before purchase, in accordance with consumer protection regulations, we provide a 7-day inspection period (not a trial period) upon receipt of your order (excluding customized products). This ensures a worry-free shopping experience.
If the product does not meet your expectations, please keep it in complete condition and contact us within 7 days (including weekends) during business hours (Monday–Friday 10:00–17:00). Kindly provide photos via your order message or Facebook inbox.
7-Day Inspection Policy
- Customers may request a return or cancellation within 7 days of receiving the product.
- In-store purchases or store pickups are not eligible.
- Customized products are not eligible.
- The inspection period is not a trial period; products must remain unused and in original condition.
Inspection Guidelines
- Keep original packaging (box, wrapping, etc.). Do not damage or attach labels directly.
- Products must not have scratches, damage, or signs of use.
- Consumables (e.g., vouchers, protective films) should not be used during this period.
- If any issue is found, please contact customer service immediately.
Exchange Policy
(Requests must be made within 7 days)
- Provide product photos via order message or Facebook inbox
- After confirmation, courier pickup and inspection will be arranged
- Replacement will be shipped after inspection
- Return with complete original packaging (including gifts)
- Each order allows one exchange only
- Only same price or higher-priced items (with price difference) can be exchanged
- Customized products are not eligible
- Warranty registration during inspection period may affect eligibility
